Snow was falling outside, and inside, of Tully Hall Saturday night. Winter Wonderland was the chosen theme for the annual freshman-sophomore Winter Forma and the hall was decorated with blue and white, glacier props, frosted windows, and other winter-themed decor.

The dance was held Saturday, January 31st from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. However, attendees had to arrive by 8 p.m. and stay until 9:30 p.m. for safety purposes.
As per the Winter Wonderland theme, Quest, the school’s food company, provided a themed menu with the blue cake pops proving a crowd favorite.
“Students could request songs and the vogue photobooth was very popular,” stated Ms. Pearlman, the head of student activities. Two-hundred eighty nine students attended the event.
The winter formal was an overall success, receiving positive reviews from attendees.
Freshman Rose Cummings said, “ It was really fun! My friends and I danced and had a great time! I also really enjoyed the photobooth.” Cummings also made plans to attend as a sophomore.
Despite being well attended by freshman students, sophomore attendance remained low this year. Sophomore Fallon Stevens said, “I had fun last year, but it is just known that sophomores don’t go. It’s a freshman thing.”
