Local photographers and videographers are doing more than documenting games, they’re shaping how athletes, families and communities remember critical moments of their athletic careers. From gameday action shots to highlight reels that attract college attention, media crews provide emotional keepsakes and measurable exposure that can change an athlete’s trajectory.
According to PubMed Central, the National Center for Biotechnology Information, media coverage shows a positive correlation with sports participation behavior, which demonstrates that athletes have a positive response to being filmed. Additionally, consistent photos and highlight reviews increases sports commitment which directly correlates to measurable performance.
